Who we are

Eco Pitch Ireland Limited, trading as Eco Pitch. Company number 823533, registered in Ireland. Bilberry House, Knockdoemore, Claregalway, County Galway, H91 D3H9. We are the data controller for anything you send us through this site. Questions about this notice go to info@ecopitch.ie.

What we collect

The contact form asks for your name, your club, a phone number, an email address, the surface you are interested in and a few lines about the pitch. The box at the foot of every page asks for an email address only. That is all.

What we use it for

To reply to you, to arrange a site visit and to put a written price together. If you leave your email in the box at the foot of a page, we use it for one thing: to tell you when the Lakeview trial pitch is ready to see. Nothing else. We do not sell or pass on your details, and we do not send newsletters.

Where it goes

Both forms send your details through Web3Forms, a form service that passes them on by email, to info@ecopitch.ie, where they are read by the two directors. Our web host keeps ordinary server logs, which record the address of the connecting device and the pages requested, for security and for a limited time.

How long we keep it

For as long as we are dealing with your enquiry, and for up to two years afterwards so that we can pick up where we left off if you come back to us. Ask and we will delete it sooner.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or ask us to stop using it. Email info@ecopitch.ie. If you are not happy with how we handle your details, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.

Why we are allowed to use it

We use your details because you have asked us to get in touch, which is a step taken at your request before any contract, and because answering enquiries is a normal part of running the business.
